Position: Operations Assistant

MOOVA Global Mobility is growing and we are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our team in Athens.

We are looking for someone organized, reliable, communicative and willing to learn, who can support our daily moving and relocation operations.

The role includes:

  • Coordination of moves and relocation services
  • Communication with clients, partners and crews

  • Documentation and file updates

  • Follow-up on schedules, shipments and service quality

  • General operational and administrative support

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Very good command of English
  • Very good computer skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Previous experience in operations, customer service, moving, relocation or logistics will be considered an advantage

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
